The system performs an administrative check.If no “errors” are found, select “certify”.If errors are found return to fix them.

Certification may be done electronically or manually. For this case select “Skip Electronic Certification”.

Install CD disc in A-drive.Select “CD Disc” option from drop down menu and select “save”.Beginning “May 1, 2010” The Radius application will be the only form accepted by the Department as official one.

Tips

� In an Emission Unit, an operating scenario can consist of multiple emission points and control devices, but only 1 piece of equipment

� Insignificant sources and non-source fugitive sources are only specified for Title V operating permits

� In the Emission Unit Operating Scenario screen, double-click the Control Device, Emission Point, and SCC fields to enter data

�The File\Submit command does not electronically transfer the file to DEP �Copy the file to CD-ROM and mail it to DEP�Permit modifications must only include the data

that is being added or changed�Don’t submit an edited version of the full permit
