Definitions

Assumption: a thing that is accepted as true or as certain to happen, without proof.

Bias: prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair.

Implicit bias refers to the attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner.
