NWFB, Long Wing Bus, Sun Bus, minibus
• Programmes: information, entertainment, educational programmes, community service and advertisements
• ‘Captive audience’: 2 million
Arguments
• Noise level can be contributed by other factors other than bus TV
• Noise pollution brought by bus TV causes disturbance to passengers
• Drivers are disturbed by noises emitted from bus TV
• Bus TV is a value-added service and is welcomed by most people
• Bus service is a transport service. Entertainment is not a note part.
• The surveys conducted by the companies are not valid.
• Most people like bus TV does not mean that it is ok to disturb the rest.
