INTRODUCTION
Principle of Islamic management is man's ultimate accountability is to God alone. It also defines the unique relationship between God and man, man and man, man and his environment. He is required to only serve God through all his actions.
Da’wah means literally making an invitation. This term is often used to describe when Muslims share their faith with others in order to teach them more about Islam. A Muslim who practices da’wah, either as a religious worker or in a volunteer community effort is called a da’i.
MEANING AL-QURAN
The Quran instructs believers to: "Invite (all) to the Way of your Lord with wisdom and beautiful preaching; and argue with them in ways that are best and most gracious. For your Lord knows best who have strayed from His Path, and who receive guidance"
An-Nahl (16:125)

BENEFIT OF DA’WAH Fulfil an obligation upon us. Can interpret that the act of da’wah is something of great
importance within Islam and more importantly to Allah SWT.
Do the job of our beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW. We are given the opportunity to follow in the footsteps of
the greatest man to have ever lived is a huge honour and favour given to us by Allah SWT.
Find ourselves leading a happier life. This is likely to be achieved through knowing how we
have helped somebody else to feel happier, which is the result is they coming close to Allah SWT and following the way of his beloved Prophet Muhammad SAW.
AL – QIYADAH (LEADERSHIP)
DEFINITIONleadership is the
process whereby one individual influences other group members towards the attainment of defined group or organizational goals.
CONCEPT
Managerial leadership views an ability of a person to guide the efforts of many persons in achieving some objectives.
It also refers to organizational leadership where two positions exist in an organization.
In fact, leadership involves three basic elements:
(i) A leader who guides other persons.
(ii) A group of followers who respond to such guidance.
(iii) A situation or objectives to be achieved by coordinating the efforts of many persons.

AL-AMANAH (HONESTY)
Honesty is one of the greatest of all moral virtues. From it springs forth many of the noblest of human qualities like integrity, chastity, and valour. Some people might suppose that honesty is restricted to words. This is not the case. Honesty can manifest itself in our actions as well as in our innermost state of being.
SIGNIFICANCE OF HONESTY
Allah says: “Verily those who fabricate a lie against Allah will not find success.”
Allah commands the believers, saying: “O you who believe, fear Allah and be among those who are honest.”
Allah gives glad tidings to the believers who are honest. He says: “Allah will reward the honest people for their honesty.”
Allah informs us that our honesty will bring us good even in this world: “And when a matter is resolved upon, it would be best for them if they were true to Allah.”
And of course, honesty will be of doubtless benefit to us in the Hereafter.
Allah says: “This is the day that the honest people will benefit from their honesty.” [Sûrah al-Mâ’idah: 119]
IMPORTANCE OF HONESTY IN MANAGEMENT.
Without honesty the truth is not genuine. Without honesty between you two it will also
hinder growth. Being honest with yourself is mandatory prior
to a relationship and in a relationship.
AL-SHURA
Meaning consultation, sharing or meeting
Concept In Islam, shura as one of the principles and basic of governance.
E.g The Prophet Muhammad did not leave a written text, nor did he name his
successor. So, Shura is a one solution to find a new successor.
Importance The basic fundamentals of the Islamic political system.
Can make a better decision based on participative decisions Avoid misunderstanding and
confusion to accomplish the task given.

ARTICLE SUMMARY
Ustaz Nik missionary in Papua New Guinea to the widely spread Islam and Muslims will know more about their religion at there.
They traveled by road in a coaster via Goroka Eastern Highlands in approximately 8 long painstaking hours and under unspeakable road condition.
They stayed at the guest house in the Papua New Guinea University of Technology and stayed there for two nights.
There is no mosque in Lae yet nor there is a musolla (small mosque) for Muslims to pray.
Prof. Abdul Sattar took the initiative to hold religious classes during every Sunday and some congregation prayers
Ustaz Nik was organized an intensive lecture for both brothers and sisters in Prof. Abdul Sattar’s house and there are around 20 Muslims attended the 3-hour lecture until Zohor prayer time.
He teached 2 subjects Fiqh Purification and Janazah management.
He hopes that during the next dakwah trip to Lae his can teach the Muslims there a lot more religious subjects.
CONCLUSION
