Production of raw materials: the production of feed-grade manganese sulfate pyrolusite main

raw material containing Mn 20% ~ 25% is appropriate; manganese 15% to 20% of manganese

ore to make compliance, will increase the relative cost.But the final product will have low content

of Mn. Therefore, when choosing raw materials,manufacturers should pay attention to pyrolusite

Ca content. If the impurities Ca content is high, it will increase the acid consumption;At the same

time, the content of Mg is need strictly controlled at 0.5% or less, because the solubility of

MgSO4 and MnSO4 as difficult to separate.

Production process: two low-grade pyrolusite ore leaching method principle and under certain

conditions for direct pyrite leaching with sulfuric acid reducing the Mn content is about 25% of

low-grade manganese ore leaching rate of 93%. The process will the same as the follow pictures.
