LVT Involvement in Cement Business

LVT has implemented projects in World-Wide which develops new technology designed for increasing efficiency of Vertical Roller Mills, Ball Mills by reduction of resistance force and the improvement of the flows of air and raw material, with the assistance of the ‘LVT Classifier”; an important components of the LV Pocket, the Rotor and the Cage Wheel Rotor. As well as projected implementation for plant upgrade which utilized experienced and extensive knowledge which designed to reduce pressure drop in the pyroprocessing system, improve of combustion efficiency and less heat consumption.

LVT Development


In 1998 new classifier technology for control of the flow of gas and material in vertical mills. The result is increased production, improved size distribution of product and savings in power consumption of both mill and fan.

Later the technology has been further developed for ball mills including a fluidised bed.

In 2000 a concept for cyclones has been developed, applicable for both mills and preheaters.

In 2008 LVT is offering complete mill departments such as Yura Raw Vertical Mill 340 tph, Peru, complete pyroprocessing departments. Khamseh – Pyroprocessing 3500 TPD, Iran

In 2010 LVT is offering Complete cement plant, and Modification cement plant with turnkey work

Today LVT provide complete engineering service and equipment supply in full integrated cement plant including plant services such as plant operation management.
