INTRODUCTION
It was established in 1997 with just 25 students of CA and today the institute achieved an esteem position all over the country by showing its level of excellence not only in ca.
Mr. Hitesh Shah, the Director and senior faculty members manage and control all activities of Navkar Institute. More than 35 office staff members handle administrative work like counseling students, exams arrangements, etc.
It had more than 25 highly competent and well experienced teaching Faculties take classes on various subjects of C.A.
Navkar Institute has shaped number of students within a short span & has poised itself as a pioneer in CA Coaching within Gujarat and aims at giving 100% by imparting essential skills and sharing expertise developed over years.
PLANNING
Planning is the identifying of goals/objectives and formulating strategies to achieve them.
At NAVKAR planning is done before hand, what is to be done ,which notes are to be given, assignments, plan of course work, exam periods are planned before hand.
Planning is to be done about the regular lectures, which faculty is going to teach in which class, practice lectures etc.
ORGANISING
Meaning:
“An organization is a unit or human grouping deliberately structured for the purpose of attaining specific goals” .
There are four types of organization which are as follows :
Organization which benefit their owners.
Organization which benefit their members.
Organization which benefit their clients
Organization which benefit the whole society.

DEPARTMENTATION OF ORGANIZATION:
The Departmentation of the Navkar Institute is function based. The department has been form according to its function.
Each department consist minimum 3 members and maximum 6 members in one department.
Each department has one head member, who is expertise in his particular field as well as has experience in the particular field.
Each department member gets the authority according to their responsibilities but generally they don’t have too much liberty to take decision without the permission f the directors.

DECISION MAKING :
Decision making is an essential part of the modern management.
When managers makes decision they are choosing or they do on the basis of some conscious logic or judgment.
The decision making process in Navkar Institute is decentralization as well as the centralization.It is decentralize up to the middle level management but after that it becomes centralize in bottom level management.
DIRECTING
MEANING:
“Direction stands for effective work climate and creating opportunity for motivation, supervising, scheduling and disciplining”.
DIRECTING OF NAVKAR INSTITUTE:
Motivational sessions are conducted regularly .such session are conducted by our own learned faculties and even highly qualified professionals are called to provide best guidance and motivation to their students.
The management staff is always ready to help students regarding their problems
The Director of the Institution, Mr. Hitesh Shah is always ready to encourage students and their parents.
DIRECTING
All the support is given to students for various ICAI formalities like submission of Registration forms, Examination forms, joining article ship under C.A., Industrial training, counselling for other courses, etc. by the Institute.
Question papers are set in a most professional manner to meet ICAI standard.
Papers are evaluated and results are made available to the students within 36 hours.
Performance report of the student is directly discussed with parents at regular intervals.
Complete test record is maintained for each student and is made available to parents on request.
