SUNDAY, DECEMBER 19, 2021 “O COME, ALL YE FAITHFUL” O come, all ye faithful, joyful and triumphant, O come ye, O come ye to Bethlehem! Come and behold Him, born the King of angels. (Chorus) O come, let us adore Him, O come, let us adore Him, O come, let us adore Him, Christ the Lord! Yea, Lord, we greet Thee, born this happy morning, Jesus, to Thee be all glory giv’n, Word of the Father, now in flesh appearing! (Chorus) O come, let us adore Him, O come, let us adore Him, O come, let us adore Him, Christ the Lord! True God of true God, Light from Light eternal, Lo, He shuns not the virgin’s womb, Son of the Father, begotten, not created. (Chorus) O come, let us adore Him, O come, let us adore Him, O come, let us adore Him, Christ the Lord! “ONE STILL NIGHT” One still night, Mary awoke, stirred by an angel, she trembled as he spoke. One small Child would soon be born, the King of kings will wear a crown of thorns. (Chorus) Glory to God, the angels sang, Immanuel was born for you this day. Peace on earth, good will toward men, Immanuel has come to Bethlehem, Immanuel has come to Bethlehem. One still night, while Joseph dreamed, he saw an angel within his troubled sleep. One small Child, his bride would give, Deliverer delivered to save us from our sin. (Chorus) Glory to God, the angels sang, Immanuel was born for you this day. Peace on earth, good will toward men, Immanuel has come to Bethlehem, Immanuel has come to Bethlehem. One still night, a light was shown that all the darkness could never overcome. (Chorus) Glory to God, the angels sang, Immanuel was born for you this day. Peace on earth, good will toward men, Immanuel has come to Bethlehem, Immanuel has come to Bethlehem.

“ANGELS WE HAVE HEARD ON HIGH” Angels we have heard on high, sweetly singing o'er the plains, and the mountains in reply echo back their joyous strains. (Chorus) Gloria in excelsis Deo. Gloria in excelsis Deo. Come to Bethlehem, and see Him Whose birth the angels sing, Come, adore on bended knee Christ the Lord, the newborn King. (Chorus) Gloria in excelsis Deo. Gloria in excelsis Deo. “GO TELL IT ON THE MOUNTAIN” Go, tell it on the mountain, over the hills and ev’rywhere. Go, tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is born! Go, tell about the shepherds, the star up in the sky, the angels shouting glory, our hope is burning bright! Go, tell it on the mountain, over the hills and ev’rywhere. Go, tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is born! Go tell how mercy found you, how love has made you new. Go tell the weak and weary how grace has brought you through. Go, tell it on the mountain, over the hills and ev’rywhere. Go, tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is born! Jesus is born! Shine your light and let the whole world sing for the glory of the risen King. Shine your light and let the whole world sing for the glory of the risen King. Go sing of your salvation, the joy that never ends. Go tell the world that Jesus will one day come again! Go, tell it on the mountain, over the hills and ev’rywhere. Go, tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is born! Go, tell it on the mountain, over the hills and ev’rywhere. Go, tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is born! Jesus is born! Jesus is born! Tell the world, tell the world that He is born! Jesus is born! Tell the world, tell the world that He is born! Jesus is born! Tell the world, tell the world that He is born! Jesus is born! Go, tell it on the mountain, over the hills and ev’ry where. Go, tell it on the mountain that Jesus Christ is born! Jesus is born! Tell the world, tell the world that He is born! Jesus is born!

“WHAT A SAVIOR, WHAT A LOVE” Joy to the world! the Lord is come. Let earth receive her King. Let ev’ry heart prepare Him room. And heav’n and nature sing, and heav’n and nature sing, and heav’n and heav’n and nature sing. We sing our songs, we lift our praise to Him alone, the Name above all names. Let mercy rise and wash over us. What a story, what a Savior, what a love. Hark! the herald angels sing, “Glory to the newborn King, peace on earth and mercy mild, God and sinners reconciled.” Joyful, all ye nations, rise, join the triumph of the skies. With th’angelic host proclaim, “Christ is born in Bethlehem!” Hark! the herald angles sing, “Glory to the newborn King.” We sing our songs, we lift our praise to Him alone, the Name above all names. Let mercy rise and wash over us. What a story, what a Savior, what a love. Saints before the altar bending, watching long in hope and fear. Suddenly the Lord, descending, in His temple shall appear. Come and worship, come and worship, worship Christ, the newborn King! Come and worship, come and worship, worship Christ, the newborn King! We sing our songs, we lift our praise to Him alone, the Name above all names. Let mercy rise and wash over us. What a story, what a Savior, what a love. What a story, what a Savior, what a love. O what a love.

“HE HAS COME FOR US” God rest ye merry, gentlemen, let nothing you dismay. Remember Christ our Savior was born on Christmas Day, to save us all from Satan’s pow’r, when we were gone astray. O tidings of comfort and joy, comfort and joy, O tidings of comfort and joy. He has come for us, this Jesus, He’s the hope for all mankind. He has come for us, the Messiah, born to give us life. From God, our heav’nly Father, a blessed angel came, and unto certain shepherds, brought tidings of the same, how that in Bethlehem was born the Son of God by name. O tidings of comfort and joy, comfort and joy, O tidings of comfort and joy. He has come for us, this Jesus, He’s the hope for all mankind. He has come for us, the Messiah, born to give us life. All the angels sing, “Hallelujah! Jesus Christ is born!” All the children sing, “Hallelujah! He is Christ, the Lord!” He has come for us, this Jesus, He’s the hope for all mankind. He has come for us, the Messiah, born to give us life. He is born to give. All the angels sing, “Hallelujah! Jesus Christ is born!” All the children sing, “Hallelujah! He is Christ, the Lord!” INVITATION “IMMANUEL” From the squalor of a borrowed stable, by the Spirit and a virgin's faith, to the anguish and the shame of scandal came the Savior of the human race! But the skies were filled with the praise of heaven, shepherds listen as the angels tell of the Gift of God come down to man, at the dawning of Immanuel. King of heaven now the Friend of sinners, humble Servant in the Father's hands, filled with power and the Holy Spirit, filled with mercy for the broken man. Yes, He walked my road and He felt my pain, joys and sorrows that I know so well, yet His righteous steps give me hope again, I will follow my Immanuel! Through the kisses of a friend's betrayal, He was lifted on a cruel cross, He was punished for a world's transgressions, He was suffering to save the lost. He fights for breath, He fights for me, loosing sinners from the claims of hell, and with a shout our souls are free, death defeated by Immanuel! Now He's reigning in the place of honor, crowned with glory on the highest throne, interceding for His own beloved till His Father calls to bring them home! Then the skies will part as the trumpet sounds, hope of heaven or the fear of hell, but the Bride will run to her Lover's arms, giving glory to Immanuel!

OFFERTORY “JESUS, JOY OF THE HIGHEST HEAVEN” Jesus, joy of the highest Heaven, born as a little baby under a wondrous star. Like us, crying, He takes His first breath, held by His mother, helpless, close to her beating heart. Jesus, laid in a lowly manger, facing a world of dangers, come to turn me, a stranger, into a child of God. Jesus, joy of the highest Heaven, born as a little baby under a wondrous star. Like us, crying, He takes His first breath, held by His mother, helpless, close to her beating heart. Jesus, laid in a lowly manger, facing a world of dangers, come to turn me, a stranger, into a child of God. Jesus, King of the highest Heaven, learning to take His first steps that He might bring us life. Like us, knowing our smiles and sorrows, He showed the way to follow, a way that is true and right. Jesus, take away ev’ry darkness, steady my simple footsteps that I might, in Your goodness, live as a child of God. Jesus, take away ev’ry darkness, steady my simple footsteps that I might, in Your goodness, live as a child of God. BENEDICTION “O COME, ALL YE FAITHFUL” O come, let us adore Him, O come, let us adore Him, O come, let us adore Him, Christ the Lord!
