PROLOGUE:

The shift from agro based economy to an industrial is an essential part of the process of economic development. Exports of  textiles and garments are the principal source of foreign exchange

earnings. By 2002 exports of textiles, clothing, and ready-made garments  (!"# accounted for $$% of Bangladesh&s total merchandise exports. By 20', about ) million people, mostly *omen, *or+ed inBangladeshs ' billion-a-year industry, export-oriented ready-made garment (!"# industry. /ixty percentof the export contracts of *estern brands are *ith European buyers and about forty percent *ith merican

 buyers. 1ue to its maor contribution in the economy it has become very important for thegarments to meet the customer needs and emphasi3e on the customers satisfaction as thecompetition is getting very tight since other 415&s are also competing in the same sector.Therefore customer satisfaction is playing a huge role in the success of the organi3ation as *ellas in the overall economy.
