The legacy of 25 years of pioneering medical and dietary research, Vita Health programmes combine the latest integrative medical techniques and advanced natural therapies, with exercise programmes from Verdura Spa. Meals feature seasonal Sicilian produce, with an abundance of fresh fi sh and seafood, poultry, fruits and vegetables, eggs, nuts, seeds, fresh herbal teas and nourishing smoothies.

Advanced Nutritional Supplements are also prescribed based on individual health profi les and programme goals; clients can also enjoy cooking demonstrations by Verdura’s chefs.

• Fulvio Pierangelini, Vita Health Culinary Consultant. One of the world’s most celebrated chefs, Fulvio is renowned for his intuitive, trend-setting and award-winning recipes; he is passionate about Italian food and the founder of the 2-Michelin-starred Il Gambero Rosso restaurant.
