> BankLink Notes is a simple solution which allows you to provide our practice with additional detail about your transactions
> It eliminates any manual data entry
> It can be accessed online or installed as desktop software

> The desktop version of BankLink Notes is accessed using software on your desktop computer (PC only)
> It is a computer file containing a list of the transactions requiring additional detail
> All you need is the BankLink Notes software and access to email
How does it work?
> We will email you a BankLink Notes file, listing the transactions where further information is required
> For each one, you type a short description of what the transaction was for
> Then you email the file back to us to review and complete

> The online version of BankLink Notes is an electronic list of the transactions requiring additional detail
> Using BankLink Notes online lets you access BankLink anytime and anywhere
> It is completely secure and means that no software is required

> We can produce a wide variety of management reports to help with your business decision making

> Can be accessed from your PC or Mac (except Macs that are PowerPC)
> All you need is internet access with Internet Explorer v7 or above; Mozilla Firefox v3.5 or above; Safari v3 or above

> We will send you an email showing that we have requested more information about your transactions
> You simply click on the link included and add the necessary details
> Once completed, the details are sent back to us at the touch of a button
> You can also access BankLink Notes online via our website <if applicable, state website address>

How does BankLink Books work?
Banks and financial institutions record transactions made by your business
BankLink collects transaction data from over 100 banks and financial institutions and securely sends it through to <Practice Name>

We will send you a BankLink Books file containing your transactions on a <weekly/monthly basis>
You just need to code the transactions that we need more information about, and then send the BankLink Books file back to us

Creating Invoices and Making Payments
Go from invoice to payment in three simple steps:
1. Enter your payments and credit notes, either as they arrive or at a time that suits you
2. Record how you are going to make the payment – cash, cheque, internet banking or any other method you use
3. Select the invoices you need to pay, decide whether to pay the full amount or just part of it, use any credit notes available and then see what your total payment adds up to
