Low cost replacement of print head, cutter and PCB. Simply remove the front printer cover to access the cutter and print head or black plate to access the main printer circuitboard (PCB).

Unplug the sensor connector

Remove 4 screws. Replace the Stationary knife.(same as TSP654)

Remove the front cover. Remove the cutter unit.(2 screws)

Remove the cutter unit.

Disconnect the head connector from the flexible flat cable. Replace the head unit.Remove the board chassis .

(4 screws for chassis, 2 screws for I/F)

Disconnect the connectors.Replace the Main PCB. (4 screws)
