About the Value-Added Courses
Courses are designed for educators to further understand, interpret and use TVAAS® value-added analysis to inform practices and accelerate student progress
This any-time, any-place, any-pace learning can be used independently or with a professional learning team
Four role-based learning paths organize online courses and provide specific value-added information about the reports and features most valuable to each role

Courses include the following features to enhance learning: Narrated videos that demonstrate value-added report
features A virtual professional learning team that helps

BFK•Learn™: Manage Online LearningValue-Added Online Courses
The BFK•Learn™ solution empowers leaders to assign, monitor and manage staff’s professional learning experience in a district or building, including: Enrolling staff in activities Implementing Professional Learning Communities Setting target completion dates Sending e-mail alerts

A series of 27 value-added online courses are organized into four role-based learning paths District-Level or System-Level Learning Path (MRM/mean gain)
for Math and Reading Building-Level Learning Path (MRM/mean gain)
for Math and Reading Teacher-Level Learning Path (MRM/mean gain)
for Math and Reading Building- and Teacher-Level Learning Path
(URM/predicted mean) for Science, Social Studies and High School
Each learning path consists of 8–13 individual courses, including an introduction

Initiate a recognition program for school staff members and departments that have completed the appropriate learning path
Assign staff a few courses at a time to be discussed at staff meetings or within professional learning teams
Use the specific report-based courses prior to introducing staff to actual value-added reports from your district
Strategically compensate staff who have completed the appropriate learning paths and lead district/school value-added school improvement discussions
