This needed growth is often leaving dealers and clinicians unsure of what is good to go or a complete no-go. This course will assist suppliers/dealers of CRT as well as clinicians navigate the funding and justification process from start to finish. Focus of the course will include explanation of the funding process from the face to face visit to the final delivery, examples of clinical documentation and justification, and promotion of the team approach for improved outcomes. LEVEL- Beginner |INSTRUCTIONAL METHOD- Onsite, live Lecture / Discussion / Clinical Applications / Demonstration CEU OBJECTIVES By the end of the presentation, participants will be able to: 1. Identify the key players with involvement in the CRT funding process 2. Describe the 5 required documents in the CRT funding process 3. Breakdown of the face to face examination and specialty evaluation 4.
