Date of Birth: 20/9/1991

Gender: Male

Nationality: Pakistani

Objectives

Looking forward to varied and challenging assignments in a competitive and dynamic research work

environment, where I can learn and grow and at the same time, contribute to the project objectives.

Qualifications

Mechanical Engineering Bachelor of Science Nov 2011 – June 2015

University of Engineering and Technology Taxila, Taxila Pakistan (www.uettaxila.edu.pk)

Obtained CGPA of 3.22/4

Specialized in Renewable Energy Technology. Did my Final Year Project in this respective field and successfully

brought up new innovation in it.

Pre-Engineering, Higher Secondary School May 2008 – March 2010

Tameer-i-Nau Public College, Quetta Balochistan

Obtained 73.4 %

Studies focused in engineering subjects such as Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry.

Learned basic concepts and applied these concepts to practical issues.

Development and Technical Skills

Design and Modeling 1. AutoCAD Highly Capable in using AutoCAD in complex Engineering Drawing Sketching. 2. SolidWorks Capable of Modeling complex Engineering design products with professional level skills

(Performed different car modeling in SolidWorks ) 3. Pro-Engineering Capable of Modeling complex Engineering design products with professional level skills

( Modelled different complex models such as different parts of an engine)

Simulation 1. ANSYS Capable of simulating in ANSYS and ANSYS Workbench (Simulated a bike frame as a semester project and received a perfect score for it) Other Computer Skills Include 3D software such as 3ds Max and Maya and very efficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Windows.

Final Year Project

Our final year project was titled “Design and Fabrication of Single Axis Solar Tracking of Parabolic Trough Collector”.

This project focused on a tracking system which can be used with single axis solar concentrating systems and gives

a comparison between the static and single axis solar tracking system. The position and status of the Sun were

detected by two light-dependent resistors (LDRs), one of which detects whether the collector is focused, whilst a

second resistor determines whether it is day or night. The resultant signals are fed to an electronic control system

which operates a low-speed 12-V DC motor which rotates the collector via a speed-reduction gearbox.

The Tracking system under consideration came out to be more accurate as compared to the conventional static

units. The expected result were, highly accurate tracking followed by enhanced efficiency.

Other Mini Projects

Structural Design of a suspension bridge, this project focused on the basic requirements of a suspension bridge to

be standing and stable. Simple wires were used with light and thin paper for the bridge, this project was tested using

the weights for checking the stability of the suspension bridge.

Developed a “Cricket Game” using C programming Language, I developed a program for a simple yet sleek cricket

game. Borland C++ compiler was used in this project.

Electronic Voting Machine, An electronic voting machine was devised by me again using C programming language.

The machine was capable of casting 4 votes as a time and could be reset for further voting. The number of votes

were recorded and were shown when required. This was basically a simple and effective idea to convert the

conventional voting methods into electronic way.

Design and Simulation of a Bicycle Frame, A bicycle frame capable to hold 90 kg of weight on it was firstly modelled

in SolidWorks by me and then imported in ANSYS Workbench for simulating the results. Selected a light aluminum

body for the frame and successfully simulated the project.

Professional Experience

4- Weeks internship at Pakistan Ordnance Factory Wah Cantonment.

Visited and studied the different manufacturing processes in three different Factories

Weapons Factory

Military Arms and Ammunition Factory

Small Arms and Ammunition Factory Developed lots of knowledge regarding the types of weapons, bombs, rockets, fuses, that are being produced by

Pakistan exclusively and the different manufacturing processes that all these products go through.
