Backorders!Many of you will have Customers who placed orders for items which are not in stock.

These Customers are able to obtain a Merchandise Certificate in the amount of their initial purchases which can be used to purchase items which are either full price or clearance stock. These Merchandise Certificates have a 21 day expiry.

To redeem a Merchandise Certificate for clearance stock, please call Consultant Support. Please note that refunds cannot be provided. Please see the website for full terms and conditions.

Merchandise Certificates will be emailed to your Customers by Monday afternoon.
