SnG Pro
the GlOBetrekker™ SNG Pro is capable of broadcast quality SD and HD mPeG-4 H.264/aVC video through its fully integrated encoder/modulator. No additional a/V capture, encoding or channel upconversion equipment is required—only a camera. the system disassembles into two luggage cases and represents the latest in high-definition flyaway terminals.
Fitted with the detachable Component Chassis option, the GlOBetrekker™ can support higher power requirements and offers the operator a customizable system for coupling a number of hardware applications such as COmSeC, a red/Black Gateway or Wireless equipment. all hardware customizations are manageable through the powerful linkControl™ software.
the Dualband auto-acquiring rapidly Deployable terminal (Dart) is a field-tested GlOBetrekker™ configuration used by NatO forces in afghanistan. Norsat professional services provided NatO with a configuration meeting the unique communication and operating requirements of NatO Forces. the Dart maintains the durability and performance of a standard GlOBetrekker™ with integrated modem and allows rapid switching between Ku and X-band satellites.
the DViDS GlOBetrekker™ is used exclusively by US military Public affairs and various DoD Strategic Communicators. it combines the features of a GlOBetrekker™ SNG Pro with an iFB modem and Norsat audio Data Kit to enable seamless live interviews and professional-grade a/V capture from challenging, remote theaters.
