Financial report– Jackie Megahey - Secretary

IQCS AGM 2014

© IQCS 2012 3939 / 47

Financial Statementsending 30th April 2014

Our accountants Tudor John compiled and verified our financial statements in accordance with the Companies Act 2006

A copy of the financial statements was sent via e-mail to all IQCS members companies

2012/2014 financial year saw a deficit of £4,882

A contributory factor to this was that two inspected IQCS companies had gone into administration during the course of the year, owing monies to IQCS.

In view of this, in future companies will be asked to pay their fees in advance of inspection.

There had been increased charges due to changes on the website but these would be considerably reduced for the following year.

We are left with a total of £13,750 in Member’s Funds

Our solicitors are DMH Stallard
