    Ask when/how you will hear the result make sure they have theright contact details for you

    Collect your things calmly and take your time

    Shake hands, if appropriate, and leave the room

    If you are not successful, you are entitled to feedback from theinterviewer this can help you to improve your technique for thenext time

    If you are successful, keep a note of what you did to help youachieve that success

    Points to remember

    Interviews are unavoidable so sharpen your skills and you should

    succeed

    Always be professional, even if you know the interviewer, and dont

    assume they know anything about you already, apart from theinformation on your application form

    Sometimes there will be a panel of interviewers dont be put off,

    just do your best

    If you dont succeed, learn from the experience, and move on
