Structure Delivery One line headline
Usage of SAR (Situation, Action and Result) or CAR (Challenge, Action and Result)
Key learning if applicable
Length : not more than 2-3 minutes
Fluency: maintain fluent English with little or no filler words like basically, ahem etc
Speed: pace your delivery. Don’t rush! Avoid monotony: Modulate voice, express energy and excitement
Listen Carefully
Use body language (hands and eyes) to supplement your vocal delivery
Sound natural versus too rehearsed
Maintain a positive attitude and on’t stress when you don’t have an answer
