• If you retaliate you are also GUILTY of cyber bullying

• Internet makes it possible to send “trash talk” to everyone

• What you say online matters and is written documentation of what you did

Response:• Tell a trusted adult• Don’t open or read cyber bullying message (they

want a response)• Don’t erase the message- needed to take action• Never meet them• Some chats allow you to “block” the bully• If you are threatened inform the local police
