Jump into a world of fun!This summer we invite the children to pack their imaginary backpacks and join us for a whirlwind trip around the globe! On our way we will learn some fun facts, geography, songs, music and dance, cooking, art, language and cultural additions – we even have time for some maths and phonics!

Note: Summer School is closed on Monday August 19th and Tuesday August 20th.

Summer School Part 1 – July 15th to August 17thIn our first 5 weeks we go globe trotting through Hawaii, South America, Africa, Scandinavia and India.

Summer School Part 2 – August 21st to August 31stIn the 10 day summer extension our global explorers continue their wonderful theme. From Monday to Friday they enjoy investigating culturally rich art form from around the world. On Saturdays they have great fun working through a huge range of exciting activities to start the new academic year off with style!

WEEK 1 - July 15th to 20th

Hawaii Surfing Week Let's kick off the summer with a hot beach feeling. Grab your surfboard and headdown to the shore. It's time for a fun adventure in the sand. Surf's up...Kspace style!

WEEK 2 - July 22nd to 27th

South American Adventure Week The season is here for some real adventure and we're ready to explore with you.Join us for role play hiking through clay Aztec ruins, learn about amazing folk art,and sit around the campfire for some Spanish guitar.

WEEK 3 – July 29th to August 3rd

African Safari Week Listen closely as we hear the elephants stomping...lions roaring...and jungle animalsscurrying along. It's a fantastic multi-cultural romp through astounding Africa.

WEEK 4 - August 5th to August 10th

Scandinavian Scouting Week Put on your viking helmets and join Kokomo and all of his friends aboard the Kspacelongboat as we set sail into the Scandinavian sunset in search of wild adventureand meeting cute woodland creatures of the magical forests.

WEEK 5 - August 12th to 17th

Indian �cursion Week Namaste! We have much to do as our summer begins to wind down. Let's take a tripto the magical Himalayas and soak up some incredible Indian culture, artwork,and delicious cooking.

Refunds & Make-ups:• No refunds, without exception.• Summer School fees only apply to the Summer School 2019 period and services cannot be offered in lieu. Fees/credit/days cannot be carried over if unused, in full or in part.• Make-up days may be offered (within the Summer School period) if 2 days notice of absence is given in writing (only). Approval of make-up days is based upon space availability and is at the discretion of the school.

Attendance Notes: • Children can attend from just *one day to the entire summer period. •The Membership Fee (for new children) and Materials Fee (for all attendees) is charged regardless of how many days booked (from 1+) and is mandatory. • Booking is made for specific dates, in advance of attendance.• The dates of attendance and fees are paid for a specific named child. *If your child is preschool age (below 3yrs) and/or hasn’t been placed in a child-only programme before, please contact us for our advice on the best attendance pattern. Note:The above schedule is an example. This is a Summer School Camp and in order to give the children a rewarding and fun time we must guide them through an itinerary that they enjoy and bene from: Occasionally, they are fully immersed in an activity and we let it continue over-time so we don’t interrupt their focus or the flow of learning.
