GymStars Gymnastics Club invites all federations and clubs
aiming to also give an opportunity for those developing gymnasts to
compete in a friendly environment.

TRAINING CAMP INTERNATIONAL TRAINING CAMP (30TH JUNE – 3RD JULY)
LIMITED SPACES Organized by Bulgarian, Ukrainian and Russian
specialist coaches and choreographers Gymnasts will be grouped
according to age and ability €30 per gymnast per day
JUDGES AND JURIES GymStars is asking all clubs and federations
to bring at least 1 judge of National or International level (valid
2016 – 2020 license) All judges must judge on all days of
competition (no exceptions) €200 penalty for absence of judge
ATTIRE: BLUE/BLACK SUIT + WHITE BLOUSE/SHIRT/TOP
COSTS DELEGATION (GYMNASTS/COACHES/ OFFICIALS) Package cost:
€135 (Entry fee + banquet + training transfers + competition day 1
transfer) Airport transfers: €20 per person (both ways) Extra
transfers: €8 per person (both ways) EXTRA PERSONS Local transfers:
€10 per person (both ways) Airport transfers: €25 per person (both

COMPETITION FORMAT
CATEGORY A – FIG SENIOR (16+ YEARS) CATEGORY B – FIG JUNIOR (13
– 15 YEARS) CATEGORY B – FIG PRE-JUNIOR (10 – 12 YEARS) CATEGORY C
– FIG MODIFIED COMPETITION AGE GROUPS: 7 – 9 YEARS 10 – 12 YEARS 13
– 15 YEARS CATEGORY D – FIG MODIFIED COMPETITION AGE GROUPS: 7 – 9
YEARS 10 – 12 YEARS 13 – 15 YEARS CATEGORY E – GYMNASTS ARE
ASSESSED AND NOT JUDGED WITH SCORES (AS PER COMPETITION
REQUIREMENTS) Maximum of 10 gymnasts per club allowed – club must
have other gymnasts competing in at least another category to be
able to compete in Category E TEAM (APPLICABLE FOR ALL CATEGORIES
EXCEPT E) 3 – 5 gymnasts per team (min. 3 and max. 5) BEST 3 SCORES
ON EACH APPARATUS to be taken for final team score CATEGORY C &
D TEAM CAN BE MADE UP FROM DIFFERENT AGE GROUPS
MEDICAL SERVICES PLANET PHYSIO/ ALPHA MEDICAL
VISA Please verify immediately with your travel agent or the
Maltese Embassy or Consulate in your country if a visa is required
for your delegation. Requests for a visa application invitation
letter must be sent before the 1st May, 2020.
INSURANCE The Host Club will not be held responsible for any
liabilities in case of accidents, illness, repatriation and the
like. All Federations/Clubs are responsible for making their own
arrangements to have the necessary valid insurance coverage for all
members of their delegation.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION
The invited Federations/Clubs must pay for their travel costs of
their delegation members. The TRAVEL SCHEDULE FORM must be returned
by 1st May, 2020.
