After worship, please stop by the WelcomeCenter (under the "Welcome" sign in the foyer) for a free gift.Also, join us for refreshments in the fellowship hall so we canbecome acquainted.Some helpful information:• So we may be aware of your visit, you're invited to complete aWelcome Card (available in the pews) and place it in the offeringplate when it is passed.• Information about Slate Hill Mennonite and Mennonites ingeneral is available at the Welcome Center.• Restrooms and a coat rack are located at the end of thehallway toward the left as you leave the sanctuary. A familyrestroom is located off the conference room. All restrooms areequipped with changing tables.• A nursery, staffed by volunteers during worship and Sundayschool, can be accessed through the fellowship hall annex, and isavailable any time for infants through children 2 years old. Amicrowave is available in the kitchen to heat formula.• A cry area, where parents with a fussy child can listen to theservice, is available in the conference room to your left as youleave the sanctuary.• Children 3 years of age thorough Grade 3 are dismissed priorto the sermon for Children's Church held downstairs eachSunday. Children will return to the sanctuary during the closinghymn.• Children of all ages are always welcome in the worship serviceand activity packets for their use are just outside the sanctuary.• Hearing magnifiers are available at the sound booth.

Offering ReportTotal tithes and offerings including online giving for Sun-day, December 17, was $17,608.00 of which $100 was formortgage reduction and $90 for Cumberland Vista. We stillneed $46,000 to finish 2017 in the black.

Christmas giving project. This Sunday and next,you may donate and place any of the following itemsunder the Christmas tree during the offertory:

Canned fruit and vegetables, sugar, boxedmacaroni and cheese meals, spaghetti sauce,ketchup, instant potatoes, or peanut butter.Non-food items include bathroom tissue, deo-dorant (men and women), diapers (sizes 2-4),shampoo and conditioner.

These items will be used to help restock New HopeMinistry shelves in January when it is often difficultto obtain donations.Thanks to you who gave gifts for the New HopeChristmas Blessings Express - you restored hope andgladness for some clients.
