Registration and Check in 9 to 10 a.m. @ Georgian Theatre *If you do not have your student card, please come early to get your student ID first!

Orientation cheers 10 to 10:30 a.m. @ Georgian Theatre(all Georgian staff and faculty invited to attend)

Welcome speech 10:30 to 11:15 a.m. @ Georgian Theatre

Live performance 11:15 to 11:45 a.m. @ Georgian Theatre

11:45 to noon, students will be randomly divided into two groups:

*Lunch to be served in GCSA

lounge in the first floor of C building

Noon to 12:45 p.m. Lunch

1 to 2 p.m. Campus Tour

Noon to 1 p.m. Campus tour

1 to 1:45 p.m. Lunch

You can choose to join up to 4 workshops from 2 to 4:30 p.m.

Each session is 30 min long, and each

workshop is held in the same classroom.

Day 2 – Friday, Jan. 4, 2019

New International Student Social @ GCSA lounge on the first floor of C building

1 to 4 p.m.

Come join us to meet new students and to help answer their questions. Light snacks and beverages to be provided.

There will be prizes with some activities for students.

Evening Activities

Open gym (the gym is free to play any sports!) 3 to 5 p.m. @ Athletic Centre

Movie night 4 to 6 p.m. @ Alumni Hall K229
