International Student Dormitory – Sebastianstrasse
This student accommodation was built in 2009. The modern dormitory is located in the city of Dornbirn and offers spacious and comfortable flats for 24 people for a stay of five months especially for our ex-change students.

2-Room Flat
about 12 m²
price: EUR 399,00 per month
Single room in a 2-room shared flat, bathroom and kitchen to share with one other person
co-ed (flat sharing is available for both genders, mixed occupancy is possi-ble)
3-Room Flat
about 10 m²
rent: EUR 399,00 per month
Single room in a 3-room shared flat, bathroom and kitchen to share with two other persons
co-ed (flat sharing is available for both genders / mixed occupancy is possi-ble)
Housing Information / Renting Conditions Fixed renting period: Winter (autumn) semester from August 15 to January 15 Summer (spring) semester from February 15 to July 15 Extension possible on request! Accommodation rent has to be paid for the whole duration of five months, regardless if you move in later or leave earlier!
Features:
All the rooms are furnished (bed, mattress, duvet, pillow, wardrobe, desk and chair)
Basic tableware is provided (1 fork, 1 knife, 1 spoon, 1 plate, 1 cup, 1 glass) but it is recommended to bring/buy your own kitchen supplies.
Mattress, duvet and pillow available, one complete set of bed linen will be supplied for the amount of EUR 10,00. It is recommended to bring/buy an additional set (Austrian siz-es: duvet cover 140x200 cm, pillow case 70x90 cm, fitted sheet 100x200 cm)
The house has laundry facilities and a common room in which you can spend time with other residents.
All rooms and flats are connected to the computer network and fair use internet connection is included in the renting price. An internet connection cable will be provided. Wireless LAN is not available.
A bus can take you directly to the university, but it can also be reached within 15 minutes walk.
A limited number of parking places are available for EUR 36,00 per month. Booking Students can choose the accommodation they require and book it online straight away. Access to the online booking system and more detailed information will be provided to the students by e-mail after they have been accepted for the exchange semester and after the application deadline has expired (in late-June or early December). Deposit Both a deposit of EUR 798,00 and a EUR 25,00 booking fee is required to be paid at the latest one month prior to start of the rental contract. The deposit of EUR 798,00 will be returned to the student at the end of the stay, if the accommodation is in the same condition as it was received.
