present at more than 5 sessions - out of the first 10 sessions – to be considered an attendee)

Group Work Define a group of 5-6 students (mix
backgrounds!) Teams’ composition and subject of analysis (case
or topic) are to be notified to in class (before Oct14)
The title of the group project is defined on a FIFO (FCFS) policy

The output should be structured in 7 sections1. A brief overview of the company2. Results3. Competitive Situation4. Strategic Choices5. Organizational Choices6. Other specific issues (ethics/culture/entry
strategies etc.) IF they influenced results7. Conclusions

Group Work Look for information on internet and in the library
(electronic first! Data Bases of articles available!) The expected output is a .ppt file (20-30 slides) to be
presented in 20 minutes; you are free to choose the group members that will present the work
You are invited to use the space under the slides
Files and papers are expected to be delivered on December 5in order to be consideredattendees

Deliver the document in two forms: paper + .ppt file
Only on December 5 you will discover whichgroup will present on the same day or later. The date of presentation does not influence ourevaluation (you deliver file and paper on the same day)
Only for attendees, there will be a question on one of the presented companies (to be chosenamong 2 – you cannot answer on yourcompany)

Language
Lectures will be given in English The group work must be written and
presented in English The written exam is in English, meaning
that questions will be in English and answers must be given in English (unlessyou are an Italian student attending a degree delivered in Italian)
