On behalf of the International Economics Department of the Economic Research Institute at the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences and the Institute for World Economy at the Romanian Academy we are pleased to invite you to the International Scientific Project Summarizing Workshop “Bulgaria and Romania: Country Members of the EU, Part of the Global Economy” which will be held on December 10th 2018 at the Economic Research Institute at BAS.
The conference aims at bringing together researchers, young scholars, post-doctoral researchers and PhD students that are working on the areas of International Economics and International Finance.
Conference tracks You are invited to present your research work under one of the following conference tracks:

Technical requirements All papers should be formatted according the provided Paper template. Posters should be presented in the provided Poster template.
Working language All papers, posters and presentations should be in English.
Conference venue Economic Research Institute at BAS Address: 3 Aksakov Str., 1040 Sofia, Bulgaria
Presentation options Papers could be presented orally in person or virtually as a poster. Posters will not be published in the Conference Proceedings – they are means to present a paper.
Publication options All accepted by the scientific committee papers that are timely sent and are formatted according to the Paper template will be published in the Conference Proceedings with an ISBN, which will be indexed in RePEc and Google Scholar. Only papers which are presented at the Conference (either personally or with a poster) will be published in the Conference Proceedings. Papers which are sent after December 16th will not be published. Papers which do not comply with the provided template technical requirements will not be published.
Conference fees Conference fee includes coffee breaks, lunch, conference materials and paper publication.
Personal oral presentation: For PhD students: 25 EUR or 50 BGN (VAT incl.) For all other participants: 50 EUR or 100 BGN (VAT incl.)
Virtual (poster) presentation For PhD students: 15 EUR or 30 BGN (VAT incl.) For all other participants: 30 EUR or 60 BGN (VAT incl.)
