International Offshore Wind Technical Conference IOWTC 2019 is an international assembly of engineers, researchers, technical specialists and students in the fields of offshore wind. It is an opportunity to exchange ideas on the advances in technology and its scientific support. We expect from between 100 to 200 professionals from over 20 countries. The attendees will include leaders from major companies, academics from the world’s best universities and government representatives. They are involved in all aspects of offshore

wind from the development of new technologies to deepening existing knowhow and reducing environmental impact. The technical program will include state-of-the art manuscripts and presentations on the following topics, divided in two distinct tracks. Along with the technical program, the conference will feature several social events affording informal networking opportunities.
