Full-fledged Ma’aden Aluminium Complex in Saudi ArabiaMa’aden (Saudi Arabian Mining Co.) is a diversified mining company, the largest mining company in Saudi Arabia, active in gold base metals mining and infrastructure industry.

Ma’aden was looking to partner with a company to provide quality buildings and services for their employees.

RSHS partnered with Ma’aden to engineer, procure and construct living quarters for 7,500 staff, to provide construction solutions tailored to Ma’aden’s specific requirements. RSHS built a fully-fledged housing facility for Ma’aden complete with utilities and leisure amenities such as satellite TV, telecom services, wireless Internet, swimming pools, gymnasium, indoor and outdoor sports facilities. Bechtel Australia partners with Red Sea Housing Services to build housing facility for 1100 employeesBechtel is one of the most respected global engineering, project management, and construction companies. Bechtel has completed Australian projects that have helped grow the nation. Guinea is the world’s second largest producer of bauxite, which is its primary export, representing 90% of the country’s overall exports. Bechtel Australia Pty. Ltd needed to supply and install housing facility for 1100 personnel with all related infrastructure services in the mining town of Sangarédi, Guinea. RSHS was able to engineer, procure and construct the facility in a highly complex environment within a tight timescale. Steel Roughneck SeriesDesigned to endure the tough conditions in one of the most environmentally risk-prone areas – the oilfield operations and explorations, these heavy duty units are designed for strength, durability, and flexibility. Mounted on steel master skids that supports 3 standard units, these are built for mobility over any type of terrain, and come with plug and play quick disconnect fittings for power, water, and sewer. It offers you the best value in housing as it is manufactured for longevity to withstand extreme weather conditions. The product variants - Rolling Buildings is a highly mobile unit supplied with heavy duty 22 ton capacity under carriage and the Sitemaster 25 variant is an economic version used for base camps with steel frames and PVC outer wall panels instead of the 2mm steel external corrugated walls.

Sitemaster 25 SeriesSitemaster Series is an innovative and unique product, suitable for residential and commercial housing projects. It is designed for longevity with composite wall and roof panels, fully insulated with Rockwool for thermal resistance and fire retardation. It is built to be sustainable and economical and lasts a minimum of 25 years in any climate conditions – heat or cold, with minimal maintenance, as it never needs painting.

Seaway SeriesSeaway Series are ISO certified standard container size building units built for strength, durability, and to be self-contained unit. They find applications in industry sectors like military that requires quick response and might need frequent geographical relocation. Being built to standard container sizes of 8 foot x 20/40 foot, these units can be shipped with ease by sea to any location. Made to be plug and play it offers quick disconnect fittings for power, water, and sewer. They can be stacked to form multi-storey structures. The inside walls and ceiling are clad with PVC composite panels which are specially designed, produced and manufactured in our factory to provide smooth and clean interior. Panels are easy to clean, insect resistant, non-combustible, and never requiring painting. They are fully insulated with fire retardant Rockwool to withstand hot or cold weather conditions, while constructed in an environmental friendly manner, free of any toxins.

Firemaster 60 SeriesDesigned and engineered as a conventional building this product is a permanent optimal solution for residential and commercial customers, with a fine balance of safety and security. This is a permanent structure built in a factory and comes with deluxe quality much intended to give a “permanent” settled look. The interior and exterior finishes can be designed to match the varied requirements of customers. The building’s sturdy construction lends itself well to a variety of design applications, from single to 2-storey structures. The interior wall is finished with gypsum board panel and the exterior walls are cladded with concrete board with primer and two coats of textured paint, or cladded with concrete stucco or aluminum panels as per the customer, choice.

Modular Building SeriesModular building, or the offsite prefabrication of complete volumetric modules in a factory, is an innovative method of construction that is well established around the globe. RSHS has developed an innovative steel frame, multi-level modular building system with concrete floors that can be used to construct hotel and student rooms, apartments, schools or any other building type that requires repetition and volume. Time and cost savings can be significant; as well the increased quality, safety and sustainability inherent in offsite factory work.

Premier PaintSherwin-Williams and Red Sea Housing Services entered into a joint venture agreement to manufacture and supply paints and coatings to select markets in the Middle East region. Decorative, industrial, protective coatings are offered.

Community Upliftment in Papua New GuineaRed Sea Housing Services Papua New Guinea in partnership with Esso Highlands donated Borea Community Health Post Building, officially inaugurated by the Prince of Wales on his visit to PNG in November 2012. This building was aimed to provide health services and counselling to the Borea Community.

Further as part of the partnership, a Community Hall was donated in Porebada in efforts to uplift the local community. Not stopping with these donations, in 2015 Red Sea Housing Services PNG returned to inspect these buildings and further donated materials for the upkeep of the facilities.
