Structure:56 Members = 28 Government Reps+14 Workers Reps+14 Employers RepsInternational Labour ConferenceJune in every year in Geneva.The Parliament of Labor sits and defines Conventions which are voted on by the parliament. Till date 189 conventions have been adapted.

Fundamental Principles and Rights at WorkIn 1998, 68th International Labor Conference adopted this declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work.Some of the important clauses in the declaration are as follows:Right of Workers to associate freely and bargain collectively.End of forced labor(known as bonded labor in India).End of child labor.End of unfair discrimination amongst workers.Programs of ILOLabor Statistics:Tool for members states to find ,monitor and improve labor statistics.Training & Teaching:International Training Center of the ILO offers educational programs e.g., Masters in Laws in Management of Development.Child labor:ILO Program on Elimination of Child Labor(IPEC) for progressive elimination of child labor.
