International Joint Venture for Safety, Environment & Health Protection Consulting and assistance activities
INTRODUCTION The International Joint Venture (I J V ) between the Italian consulting Company ICARO srl and the Turkish consulting Company ENSER ENERGY has been established in Ankara, Turkey, with the aim of assist and support public and private Turkish entities in the fields of Health, Safety and Environment protection (HSE).

The Italian consulting company ICARO srl has significant experiences in developing the public and private capacity building of EU accessing Countries in the Environment Chapter, as well as wide references in the Environmental Protection consulting, including Industrial Risk Management and Seveso Directives implementation and enforcement, particularly in the private industrial market, in Italy and abroad (see also www.icarocortona.it).
ENSER ENERGY Consulting is a Turkish established company in the energy field, which is interested in developing, performing and expanding its consulting services within the national market, substantially including the same private industrial sectors as the ICARO market.
In the International Joint Venture ICARO will act as the Leader and will provide on the name and behalf of the Partners the exclusive representation for all the acts and transactions of any kind related or connected to the awarded contracts until the extinction of any relationship.
As a concurrent objective the I J V intends to promote, foster and progressively enlarge, as far as possible the involvement and qualification of Turkish specialized resources in the development of all activities of the Joint Venture.
The International Joint Venture has its legal domicile at the headquarters ICARO srl, located at Cortona, Vicolo Boni 7, zip code 52044, Italy (tel., fax, mail, www.icarocortona.it).
Operative Turkish domicile will be established at the Mandator Partner headquarters located at Kırkkonaklar mah.329.cadde 325.sokak No:4/3 Çankaya-ANKARAV, Turkey (www.enserenergy.com).
JOINT VENTURE’S RESOURCES
PERSONNEL
The International Joint Venture accounts the experienced personnel and organizational resources of both Partners, in a total number of about 80 people distributed in both locations, according to the work charges, especially versed in following disciplines:
Safety and health analysts,
Environmental analyst,
Safety engineers,
Management systems auditors,
Trainers and communication expert.
Most of them are well acquainted in EN language, with other people are currently speaking FR, SP or TK language.
SOFTWARE AND DATABASES
Complexity and the highly specialized disciplines to be applied by the I J V experts require a wide number of sophisticated and advanced software, someone developed by the Partners themselves of the I J V . The specialistic studies and the elaborations must be fed with information and statistical data, taken out from selected and referenced Data Bases.

JOINT VENTURE’S MARKET HORIZON The market horizon already established by the I J V Partners include a wider international area having its centre in the Mediterranean Sea and extending in all directions from there.
IJV intend to pursue and enlarge the market horizon without any particular constraint or limits.
