How to BookBooking could not be simpler,
1) Telephone the hotel to check availability of your chosen date, you can call us on 01332 369321.
2) Book over the phone or fill out the booking form and return it to our hotel with either: (a) one night per person for Residential Packages. (b) a non-refundable deposit of £10.00 per person for Christmas Party Nights, (c) £5.00 per person for Festive Lunch or Dinner or (d) £20.00 per person for Christmas Day & New Year’s Eve.
For all Packages, Parties & Events, full payment is required at least 21 days prior to the event or by November 15th 2013 - whichever is the earlier.
Early bird booking discounts are only valid if paid for in full by the dates specified, any packages or drinks-pre-ordered paid for after this date will be charged at the full price.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS- THE INTERNATIONAL HOTEL 2013
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS
All verbal bookings must be confirmed with the appropriate deposit at time of booking. Provisional bookings will be held for 14 days. The hotel must receive full payment and a pre-order for the whole party 21 days prior to the event or booking will be released, rendering our contract void. Any early bird booking discounts will become invalid and charged at full price if not paid for by 15th November 2013, and deposits paid by dates specified. Deposits will not be refunded.
Residential stay-over rates are only available when booked for stays as extensions to bookings for the Christmas and New Year programme features. In respect of room non-arrivals the credit or debit card details given to secure the booking will be charged 1 nights accommodation charge.
REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS
If numbers fall below 20 the hotel reserves the right to finish the event earlier than scheduled or cancel the event. International Hotel reserve the right to transfer or cancel a party date and offer an alternative date with notice. If alternative dates are unsuitable, you may have the right to request a refund of any payments made.
Monies paid for non-arrivals are forfeited and cannot be transferred to cover food, drinks, entertainment or accommodation for other members of the party, nor will refunds be issued.
New Year Residential Packages: if you cancel before November 25, 2013 any deposit is fully refundable. If you cancel on or after such date and we are unable to re-sell the accommodation, the following fees apply:(i) before December 9, 50% of the package cost shall be retained (ii) after December 9, the total cost shall be retained.
RESIDENTIAL
All prices for Christmas and New Year accommodation are in £’s per person per night based on two sharing a twin or double room. There are no supplements for single bedded rooms. When no single bedded rooms are available, individual guests can usually book a twin or double- bedded room at a supplementary cost. Offers are subject to availability based on a first come first served basis.
On residential packages children under 12 years inclusive sharing a room with 2 adults are charged £40.00 per child per night on the same meal plan as the accompanying adult/s. Children aged 12 and under in separate rooms are charged the adult rate.
Some programmes may not be suitable for children. Bookings will be accepted at the discretion of the Hotel Manager, whose decision is final. Please contact the hotel for prices and availability.
MENU CHOICES/DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
All menu choices must be pre-ordered and sent by email or confirmed over the phone by 15th November or 21 days prior to event, whichever is earlier. Guests with special dietary requirements are advised to check beforehand.
We will try to accommodate special dietary requirements with prior
notice sent before 15th November 2013. Some of our dishes may contain ingredients, which could cause an allergic reaction.
We strongly advise that you contact us at least 4 weeks prior to your event to discuss any dishes or additional needs.
BAR & WINE SERVICE/DRINKS PACKAGES
A full cash bar and wine service will be provided at each event. Under no circumstances may guests bring their own drinks. All additional charges incurred during an event must be settled prior to departure.
Drinks packages MUST be pre-ordered and paid for 21 days prior to the event or before the 15th November, whichever is the earlier in order for the early bird booking discount to be valid. Deposits must be paid for by booking dates specified and any outstanding balance to be paid in full by 15th November 2013. Any pre-ordered packages or drinks paid for after this date will be charged at the full price. Any unused vouchers are non-refundable’ Any wines featured on the pre-order wine list are subject to availability, we reserve the right to change, or substitute any wine on the list. Strictly over-18’s only.
CHALLENGE 21
International Hotel operates a strict Challenge 21 Policy, any guest who in the opinion of the management appears to be under the age of 21 will be required to show proof of age (Photo driving licence/ Passport or Pass Accredited cards are the only accepted forms of ID) Guests who cannot provide proof of age when requested will be refused alcohol service.
SEATING ARRANGEMENTS
If you wish to increase the number of guests every effort will be made to accommodate the additional number, however we cannot guarantee this will always be possible. No refunds shall be made for cancellation or decreases in the number of guests attending.
Table arrangements are at the discretion of the event manager. We will do our best to accommodate any requests that you have although we cannot guarantee.
GENERAL
Guests are recommended to have and be responsible for insurance to cover against curtailment, cancellation, and loss of baggage, personal effects and money when taking part in an event featured in this brochure. Please contact your insurance supplier for further details.
These terms are deemed to incorporate the International Hotel’s general Terms of Business, copies of which are available on request. In the event of any inconsistency, the terms of this agreement shall prevail. All events and timings are subject to the approval of the local licensing authority. All statutory licensing regulations apply. The information in this brochure is correct as of May 2013. The Hotel reserves its right to amend packages and prices at any time. Bookings are subject to availability and prices quoted at the time of booking.
