What is the International Fitness Forum Expo?

The International Fitness Forum Expo is a trade show specifically for Health and Fitness Professionals, showcasing a variety of products and services from various different companies including sports apparel, small equipment, training supplements, recruitment agents and training providers.

The Expo is now in its 4th year, however its return sees a complete revamp, including its location, date, layout and ethos.
