Certification of Finance Academic Year 2018-2019

The United States’ Immigration and Customs Enforcement and California State University System require international students to demonstrate sufficient funding is available to meet all college and living expenses for one academic year or the length of the program, whichever is shorter, before an I-20 is issued. California State University, Stanislaus does not offer financial assistance to international students and off-campus employment is not permitted the first year of attendance. The student will need to present this form and all supporting documents to the United States Consulate when applying for an F-1 visa.
