The IEC Publication(s) contained in this IEC Webstore Order are subject to the following: 1. The IEC Publication(s) YOU are about to order and download from the IEC Webstore are in Portable Document Format (PDF), Word or on-line database format and are copyrighted by: IEC, 3, rue de Varembé, PO Box 131, CH-1211 Geneva 20, Switzerland. All rights reserved. In all countries there are civil and/or criminal laws against copyright infringements. By downloading, copying, installing, accessing or otherwise using IEC Publication(s) YOU agree to be bound by the terms of this Licence Agreement. 2. As the named customer in the IEC Webstore Order, YOU are responsible for ensuring that the terms and conditions of this Licence Agreement are adhered to fully. 3. The IEC Publication(s) in Portable Document Format (PDF) will be electronically watermarked with YOUR name, company name, order number and number of users who are allowed to use the file. This information must not be removed. IEC reserves the right to take additional measures to protect the PDF files which may not be apparent to the user. 4. All access to database format standards are recorded by our system and log files are created with username and domain information. All usernames and passwords should remain confidential. 5. YOU are permitted to store the IEC Publication(s) only on your own personal devices whose access is limited to your personal use. No local area network, wide area network, intranet or internet storage and access are permitted without the prior written permission of the IEC. 6. If the Webstore Order mentions more than one user for the IEC Publication(s), then YOU are responsible for storing the IEC Publication(s) on an internal network whose access has to be monitored in order to be accessible by the chosen number of simultaneous users only. 7. YOU as the named customer can make not more than one paper copy of each IEC Publication(s) for each user specified in the IEC Webstore Order (exception see Clause 10). No paper copy may be photocopied or reproduced in any way. Paper copies may be borrowed by other employees for their internal use only within your organization. Additional paper copies may only be made with prior and explicit written permission of the IEC. 8. YOU may not lend, lease, reproduce, distribute or otherwise exploit, whether commercially or not, the IEC Publication(s) to which this Licence Agreement relates. 9. This Licence does not grant YOU any rights in any trademarks or service marks of IEC.

END-USER LICENCE AGREEMENT

If you order electronic versions of IEC publications, you will be subject to the following Licence, which is a legal agreement. Please read the Licence carefully before you commit to making your purchase. This Licence Agreement is between the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and the named customer in this IEC Webstore Order (hereafter referred to as "YOU”).

10. Test Report Forms may be reproduced in whole or in part for non-commercial purposes as long as the IECis acknowledged as copyright owner and source of the material, as follows: Copyright © 2018 IEC, Geneva, Switzerland. All rights reserved. IEC takes no responsibility for and will not assume liability for damages resulting from the reader's interpretation of the reproduced material due to its placement and context. If Test Report Forms are used by non-IEC Conformity Assessment systems members, the CA Systems / IEC logo shall be removed. The reports are not valid as a CB Test Report unless signed by an approved CB Testing Laboratory and appended to a CB Test Certificate issued by an NCB.

11. Without prejudice to any other rights, IEC may terminate this Licence Agreement if YOU fail to comply withits terms and conditions. In such event, YOU must delete the IEC Publication(s) and destroy all paper and electronic copies immediately.

12. This Agreement is governed by the Laws of Switzerland and the courts of Geneva, Switzerland, shall be theforum for the settlement of disputes. IEC expressly reserves the right to take legal action against YOU or otherwise to enforce its rights according to Swiss or local laws in your country of domicile or in any jurisdiction where a breach of this Agreement or an infringement of residence rights may occur or may have had effect.

By ticking the box “I have read and I accept the general conditions”, YOU are entering into the terms of this Licence Agreement.
