About the City of HyderabadHyderabad is the capital of southern India's Telangana State. Hyderabad is often dubbed as the Pearl City of India famous for pearls and Biriyani - a delicacy made of long grain aromatic rice. Once known for its pearl and diamond trading centres, today the city steered its stature to one of the eminent financial and Information Technology hubs in India. It is not only visited for the popular architectures like the Charminar and the Golkanada Fort or for the Ramoji Film City but today it is often frequented by corporate travelers as well. The city of Hyderabad hosts many of the prestigious Research and Development Laboratories like, DMRL, DLRL, NFC, ECIL and it is also a hub of Pharma Industry in India. The city is cosmopolitan in nature with many cultural people living in Hyderabad. Well known Academic institutes like, The Central University, IIT, IIIT, many deemed universities, and state universities make the city an educational hub.

OBJECTIVE AND SCOPEThe conference is an initiative to provide a common platform for researchers working in the field of semiconductor Materials and Devices to enhance knowledge base and upgrade ideas for its advancement. This International conference on Advanced Semiconductor Materials and Devices [ICASMD-2018] will showcase the latest research trends, achievements and applications of semiconductor based materials and devices. Plenary and Invited talks will be delivered by leading experts from India and abroad. ABOUT THE ORGANIZER Centre for Materials for Electronics Technology (C-MET) is a Scientific Society under the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, a unique concept for the development of viable technologies in the area of materials mainly for electronics. Call for abstracts for Poster Presentations
Participants are invited to submit abstracts through our website in electronic format in single space, MS-Word, Times New Roman, Size 12 and limited to one A4 size page including content, figures, tables and references. Poster Size would be 1 m X 1 m size. The Conference will have a dedicated poster session and Best poster prize will be awarded.
