I refer to my letter to Messrs. Baker and Leggett of May 23, 2015. This will confirm my conversations

today with Sallie Goodwin, Julie White and Latoya Foster in your respective offices that:

1. The monetary gold reserves of the United States are in the Global Debt Facility that is

administered by the World Bank and International Monetary Fund Board of Governors

2. The County Executives of America has accepted these monetary gold reserves on behalf of the

3. The Board of Governors of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund have agreed to a

Global Monetary Reset http://presswire.com/pr/hudes/hudes_090315.html ; unconstitutional

Federal Reserve Notes are being exchanged for Treasury Dollars which will be minted from the

US monetary gold reserves in the Global Debt Facility; legal tender laws are no longer in effect to

prevent the valid issuance of local currencies by counties, villages, and municipalities.

4. The Network of Global Corporate Control (and its subsidiary, the World Bank security guards Allied Barton) disclosed by Vitali, Glattfelder, and Battiston http://arxiv.org/PS_cache/arxiv/pdf/1107/1107.5728v2.pdf is in receivership in the Global Debt

Facility and has no authority to interfere with the Global Monetary Reset or to hinder it in any way.

Because the Bretton Woods institutions are at the center of the international financial system, it is

crucial to have proper controls in order to restore confidence. This will require better information

flows, including to the American public, as well as access to justice for the World Bank's

whistleblowers. For this to happen, the American public must hold its leaders accountable for

upholding the obligations of the United States under the treaties that established the Bretton Woods

institutions.1

I refer to my letter of April 23, 2015 to Rhonda Sapp, President of the Mint Council, concerning the

minting of US dollars from the US monetary gold reserves in the Global Debt Facility administered by

the Board of Governors of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund.

On April 21, 2015 the International Court of Justice issued a bogus notice attempting to dispose of the

world's monetary gold reserves. In a memo dated April 24, 2015, the CIA attempted to deprive the

United States and the rest of the world's nations of their monetary gold reserves.

from the internet after the Board of Governors of the World Bank and International Monetary Fund

declared them null and void.

It is apparent from the preceding events that the federal government and many state governments have

been corrupted by the Network of Global Corporate Control

Global Corporate Control rather than the United States. The insolvent Federal Reserve and 59 other

central banks of the Bank for International Settlements are in receivership in the Global Debt Facility.

During this interregnum, it is incumbent upon local law enforcement agencies to prevent the corrupt

District of Columbia police from bringing down the entire United States of America through an

engineered crash of the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Notes.
