Instructions for writing abstracts: Abstracts should be prepared according to the following instructions:TITLE: Font Times New Roman, bold, size 12, UPPERCASE, centred. The title should not exceed max. two lines. AUTHOR(S): Font Times New Roman, size 12, centred. Please write surnames in UPPERCASE letters and mark corresponding author with an asterix. Name(s) and surname(s) of author(s) set below the title, with one line space between. AFFILIATIONS: Font Times New Roman, size 10, centred. TEXT OF ABSTRACT: The length of the abstract should not exceed 250 words. Font Times New Roman, size 12, justified alignment, single spacing. KEYWORDS: please write them below the text of abstract, with one line space between (max. 5 keywords). Italic, font Times New Roman, size 12.

Instructions for writing full papers:

Please follow instructions given hereinafter: Papers should be written in English. Full papers should not exceed max. 6 pages, format A4. Keynote papers could have up to 10 pages. Page margins: 2.5 cm (top, bottom, left, right), without page numbering. For paper writing authors should use Times New Roman, size 12, single spacing and the margins aligned (justified alignment). Full papers have to be submitted only in doc. or docx formats. Full papers should be structured as follows:

Title; Author(s) & Affiliation(s); Abstract & Keywords; Introduction; Materials and methods; Results and discussion; Conclusion; References

For these headings use font Times New Roman, size 12, centred, bold, without numbering. For any subtitles use the same design, except bold option (regular). Captions should be written above tables and below figures (e.g. graphs, illustrations, charts and photos). Tables and figures have to fit the page margins. Table content should be separated by the minimum set of horizontal lines. Font size should be adjusted to the table content. Figures can be submitted in colour. Acknowledgement, if any, should be put between the conclusion and references. Used literature should be listed in alphabetical order. Journal: Surname, first letter of the author‘s name/co-authors' names (year of publication). Paper title. Name of journal, Vol. (No.), pages (from - to). Proceedings: Surname, first letter of the author‘s name/co-authors' names (year of publication). Paper title. In, proceedings title, publisher, place of publication, page (from - to). Book: Last name, first letter of the author‘s name/co-authors‘ names (year of publication). Title of book. Publisher, place of publication. Web Site: Please indicate authors and document title, if any, with the full address and date of access to the website, e.g. http://www.rzs.rs.ba/PublikMesStatPregENG.htm Accessed on 05/10/2012.

Full papers should be submitted to the following e-mail address: agrosym2014@yahoo.com not later than June 30, 2014. Positively reviewed papers will be published in the Proceedings of the Symposium, if participation fee is paid. Indexing and archiving of “Agrosym 2014” Proceedings in CAB Abstracts database:The proceedings of Agrosym 2014 will be indexed and archived in the CAB abstracts and CABI Full-Text Repository (www.cabi.org/cababstracts); the world’s leading database in agriculture, animal and plant sciences, natural resources and rural economics. Also, the post-conference proceedings will be submitted to be indexed in the AGRIS, Thomson Reuters Web of Science, CiteSeerX, ProQuest, Google Books and Google Scholar, Ebsco Academic Search Complete and Elsevier SCOPUS for posible indexing.Selected papers will be published in the International Journal "Agriculture and Forestry", Vol. 60/4 ISSN (Printed): 0554-5579, (Online): 1800-9492 in december 2014.
