Nashid our Operations Supervisor in Dubai, who invented the above title may not have realized how, working as a Team has turned out to be the “Dream of the Management” which is attributed to our present success. We are trying to provide as much information on our activities as happened in the past three months, so that we can keep our customers and well-wishers updated. Welcome to Frontline Logistics Footprints Vivian Castelino Regional Manager A team consisting Rajesh and Shyjal of Frontline Logistics, Kuwait, met the delegates of US Army Contractor (Air) during May 2016. The meeting purpose was to build a long-lasting Business relationship. RD - Mr. BP Nassar and RM Mr. Vivian Castelino Visited Frontline Logistics Office in Jeddah on 29th of May 2016. Meeting was attended by Directors, Ahamed Kabeer Pulikkal, Rabeeh Pulikkal representing Jeddah offices and Godfrey Franklin and Mohammed Shafi Representing Dammam offices. Future expansion plans and present business opportunities were discussed during this meeting. Frontline Logistics Group of Companies, representing offices from Kuwait, Iraq, Dubai, KSA, Doha and India attended 4th CGLI Conference which was held at Montien Riverside Hotel, Bangkok, Thailand from 22nd to 26th of April, 2016. Frontline Logistics was represented by Mr. Vivian Castelino, Regional Manager. Highlight of the event was the presentation that was given by Vivian which was appreciated by all. Further one to one meetings with over 50 delegates was conducted during the conference. With less than a year operation in KSA, Frontline Logistics is able to secure a one year contract from ZAC a sector business of Zamil Industries, who is the largest Manufacturer and supplier of air conditioners in the Middle East. The project was awarded by Mr. Saad Al Muhana, Export Logistics Manager of ZAC, Under this contract, Frontline Logistics, KSA provides to ZAC, Integrated Logistics Solutions along with real time tracking, thereby providing the customer firsthand information on the current status of their shipments, at any given time. “Our team in KSA is committed to provide a broad range of Services and solutions in Logistics. Meeting session concluded on 18th April at 1800 hours with announcement of the winner for the Best performing Office for the First Quarter, which was won By Dubai Office. Beaming and smiling, Country Head, Vivian Castelino and Managements Representative, Anwar Ali, received the Rotating Trophy from BP Nassar.

The venue was Grand Excelsior Hotel in Dubai.Meeting was attended by Country Heads as well as Management Representatives. The two days session started on 17th April at 1400 hours, with welcome

Ramees Kannamparam-bath, accounts executive in our Dubai office started his Matrimonial Journey on 10th of April 2016 along with his Princess Rahmathunneesa. Wedding took place at Brides Residence in Calicut, India. Wishing the Newly wedded Bride and Bridegroom the very best.

Frontline Logistics Kuwait Conducted a Family Get-together & Workshop

Frontline Logistics Kuwait office held a family get-together and a workshop “Train N Team” during May 13th to 15th, 2016 at ‘Kabad Resort’ in Kuwait.

The family gathering was held in the evening of May 13th attended by many families. Number of games were conducted for adults and children followed by dinner.

The two-day “Train N Team” workshop was conducted by our in-house instructor, Mr. Babuji, who is working as a Manager – Projects & Contracts. Mr. Babuji is an expert trainer who conducts number of learning programs for the Company. The class was attended by large number of employees including top management personnel.

Annual Iftar Meet at Frontline Logistics Dubai

Annual Iftar Meet of Frontline Logistics was Held on 22nd June 2016 at 1900 hours. Venue was Vivaldi Restaurant, Sheratan Creek Hotel, Dubai.

Event was attended by over 175 guests, consisting of customers, Friends, Well-wishers, staff and families as well Directors of the Organization. Mrs. BP Nassar and Mr. Nassar – Regional Director, representing Iraq and Kuwait, and Mr. Afsal Ali – Director, representing Doha, Qatar too attended this event. Regional Manager, Mr. Vivian Castelino, on behalf of Management representative, Mr. Anwar Ali and himself, welcomed the gathering stressing the Family Spirit that Frontline Logistics is working, with the belief of providing “Services Unlimited” to its customers. Simple Ramadan Message of Mercy, Forgiveness and Freedom from Fire was conveyed by him to all.

Internal Staff Chess Tournament at Frontline Logistics Dubai

In true spirit of sportsmanship, competitive Chess Tourney was conducted at Frontline Logistics Dubai office and between all staff members. First game of the tournament was conducted on first night of Holy Month of Ramadan and matches will continue though out the month. As per the rules each staff member to play 6 rounds, winner being awarded one point for each win. The Final March will be held on Eid Day, between the two finalist obtaining maximum points.

Frontline Logistics Sponsored Football Team Lifted the TrophyMFAK Malappuram District Football Team under the sponsorship of Frontline Logistics won the trophy in the 4rth Inter-district Football Tournament conducted by Kerala Expatriate Football Association Kuwait (KEFAK) on 13th May, 2016. In a very thrilling match, team Malappuram defeated team Kannur with a margin of 3-0. The match was witnessed by large crowd and passionate supporters.

Iftar Gathering – Kuwait

The Thanksgiving and Mindfulness of RamadanFrontline Logistics Kuwait held an Iftar gathering at Haitham Restaurant, Kuwait, on June 19, 2016. The event started with recitation of holy Qur’an by Yoosef, followed by enlightened spiritual speech from Mohammed Aripra. Ramadan messages were delivered by Sam Painamood and Babuji. The event was presided over by Nasser BP, Mustafa Kari and Afsal Ali. Riyas Ahmed, HR Manager, welcomed

the gathering. During the gathering Frontline Logistics honored team members of Malappuram District Football Association for their victory in the Football Tournament under the sponsorship of Frontline Logistics. The event was attended by 150 people.

Attendees were BP Nassar for Iraq, Musthafa Kari & Chandra Mouli for Kuwait, Afsal Ali for Qatar, Rabeeh and Godfrey for KSA and Guru Murthy, Group Finance Manager. Hosts Anwar Ali and Vivian Castelino welcomed the delegates which was followed by interaction of couple of hours with staff members. Light snacks were served to one and all.
