    JOB DESCRIPTION

    JOB: Internal Sales Executive

    LOCATION: Latchford House,Shenstone Business Park,Lynn Lane,Shenstone,WS14 0SB.

    REPORTING TO: Sales & Marketing Manager

    PURPOSE OF JOB: To actively promote Childcare Vouchers via the telephone. Generatingsales opportunities to sign up SME accounts over the telephone, orcreating appointments for the External Sales Team.

    MAIN DUTIES: To plan and prioritise customer/prospect contacts to ensure achievementof agreed business targets.

    To successfully target, and bring on board SME and Blue Chipcompanies to further enhance our client database.

    To effectively manage time in order to achieve set targets, in line withagreed productivity targets.

    To negotiate and manage the launch of new business, including effective

    marketing strategies.

    To negotiate and manage new business appointment arrangements, forthe external sales team.

    To maintain the required volume of outbound calls and maintain agreedstandards of response rates on incoming calls

    To be responsible for sourcing new leads for various sectors, from

    different sources.

    To demonstrate a flexible attitude if requested to assist in other areas ofthe business as and when required.

    To communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally usingappropriate methods to facilitate the development of profitable business,and sustainable relationships.

    To attend training to develop knowledge, techniques and skills.

    SALARY: TBA

    HOURS: 35 hours per week

    HOLIDAY: 25 days per annum plus 8 Bank Holidays

    DEVELOPMENT: All employees have a responsibility to participate in regular performanceand development reviews with their line manager, where they will identifyperformance standards for the post.
