Interna�onal Summer School

�e International Summer School of the Law School at Universidad de los Andes o�ers a unique opportunity, in Colombia and throughout the region, to take intensive courses with prestigious professors from around the world, ensuring the highest standards in terms of experience and sophistication. In 2019, we are o�ering 21 courses: 7 to be taught in English and 14 in Spanish. �e courses cover a broad variety of topics, some very speci�c, with theoretical or practical emphasis, and other with interdisciplinary approaches. All courses meet the highest academic standards.

For undergraduate law students at Universidad de los Andes, all the courses count as electives. Additionally, the law school recognizes 9 of the courses as credits for the compulsory undergraduate curriculum.

For students enrolled in di�erent programs at the Universidad de los Andes, and for students from other universities, the Law School will give you an attendance certi�cate and the University grades report.

If you wish to take any of our courses and do not require academic equivalency, you can register through the Department for Continued Education. �e University will grant you a certi�cate of attendance as long as you attend at least 85% of the total number of sessions.
