COURSE OVERVIEW This course is designed to provide participant with intermediate level of operating and programming on CNC 4 & 5 Axis Simultaneous Milling machine. Exposing to the complexity of some machine kinematic compensation concept over machine structure will help to understand the important of control systems in translating simultaneous movement with Plane Function. Focuses on developing different strategy of tilting working plane techniques using Plane Function with emphasis on the best selection of machining plane in cycles, tooling application and safety when working with CNC 4 & 5 Axis Simultaneous Milling Machine. THE UNIQUENESS OF THIS COURSE • Practical training on simulation and actual cutting at CNC 4 & 5 Axis Simultaneous Milling Machine. • Experienced and Certified trainers. METHODOLOGY Consist of practical activity with Heidenhain software and CNC Multi-Axis machine, lessons delivery is via demonstration, practical and discussions. COURSE DURATION 3 Days. PRE-REQUISITE Participants should have basic in CNC Multi-Axis machining and programming. CERTIFICATION Certificate of attendance will be issued to those who fulfill 80% of attendance. COURSE FEE RM 1300.00 per participant Minimum Participant: 6 COURSE OBJECTIVES Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to: • Comprehensively explain and apply the working concept and technology behind the CNC Multi-Axis in programming. • Employ various cutting technique available in 4 & 5 Axis machining with safest practice. • Develop different tilting strategy by manipulating Plane Function mode. • Execute actual machining with emphasis on simultaneous cutting movement.
