1. Crab MAX.
POINTS
Contact points: Both hands hold the bottom bar of the hoop. The thighs and/or, the front of
the pelvis may also touch the hoop. 1 point
The shoulders are down away from the ears, and the arms are both extended straight. 1 point
The torso is upside down and the spine is extended or arched. 1 point
The legs are bent, the knees are open, the feet are both pointed and in contact with each other. 1 point
Held for 3 seconds. Compulsory

2. Single Point Flag MAX.
POINTS
Contact points: Both hands hold the hoop. One hand holds the top bar, one hand holds the
lower/side bar. The upper/mid-back, and the back of shoulders may also be in contact with
the hoop.

The head is up, the shoulders are down away from the ears, and both arms are extended
straight. 1 point
The torso is upright, and the spine is lengthened. 1 point
The legs are straight and closed. Both feet are pointed. 1 point

POINTS
Contact points: The calf/ankle, inner thigh, and hip area of the front leg. The sacrum. The
gluteal area, and/or back of the thigh, and the knee, the calf or the ankle of the back leg
(depending on whether the back leg is higher or lower in the hoop)

The neck is lengthened, and the shoulders are down away from the ears. The arms reach
away in any direction in a position of choice, with no contact to the hoop. 1 point
The torso is upside down. The spine is lengthened. 1 point
The front leg is bent, the back leg is straight, and both feet are pointed. No minimum split angle is required. 1 point

POINTS
Contact points: The outside of both feet, the ankles and/or shins, and the inner thighs. The
crotch area may also touch the hoop. 1 point

any direction, in a position of choice, with no contact to the hoop. 1 point
The torso is upside down. The spine is lengthened. 1 point
Both legs are straight. The feet may be flexed or pointed. 1 point

Contact points: Both hands hold the bottom bar of the hoop. The front of the ankles/shins,
and/or the front of the knees. The tops of the feet may be in contact with the hoop. 1 point
The neck is lengthened, the shoulders are down from the ears and rolled back. The arms
are both extended straight. 1 point
The torso is upside down. The spine is extended in a back arch. 1 point
The legs are both extended straight, the feet can be pointed or flexed. 1 point

POINTS
Contact points: The back of the hooked knee. 1 point
The neck is lengthened, and the shoulders are down from the ears. The arms reach away in
any direction in a position of choice, with no contact to the hoop. 1 point
The torso is upside down. The spine is lengthened or in a back arch. 1 point
The hooked leg is bent, the free/back leg may be straight or bent. Both feet must be pointed. 1 point

7. Hip Hold MAX.
POINTS
Contact points: The fold of the hips, the crotch area, and the top of the thighs. The lower
abdomen may also touch the hoop. 1 point
The neck is extended and the shoulders are down away from the ears. The arms are straight
or bent. The hands hold the back of the knees, calves or ankles. 1 point
The torso is upside down, and the spine is lengthened. 1 point
The legs are straight, with the lower bar of the hoop in between the legs. 1 point

8. Half Hocks Split MAX.
POINTS
Contact points: Both hands hold the top bar of the hoop. The upper leg hooks the top bar at
the back of the knee. The front of the ankle, or the shin of the lower leg is in contact with
the bottom bar of the hoop.

The neck is extended and the shoulders are down away from the ears. The arms are
extended straight. 1 point
The spine is lengthened, or in a back arch. 1 point
The top leg is bent and the lower leg is straight. Both feet are pointed. 1 point

9. Arrow Under the Bar MAX.
POINTS
Contact points: Both hands hold the bottom bar of the hoop. The inner thighs, and the
crotch/gluteal area. 1 point
The neck is extended and the shoulders are down away from the ears. The arms are
extended straight, holding either side of the pelvis. 1 point
The torso is upside down. The whole body from the shoulders to the feet forms a straight, vertical line. The spine is lengthened. 1 point
The legs are straight and closed. Both feet are pointed 1 point

10. Reverse Scarab MAX.
POINTS
Contact points: Both hands hold the bottom bar of the hoop, and the back of both knees
hook over the hoop. 1 point
The neck is lengthened, and the shoulders are down away from the ears. The arms are
extended straight with a 30° tolerance, either by extending at the shoulders or flexing at the
elbows.

11. Delilah on Top Bar MAX.
POINTS
Contact points: Both hands hold the side, or bottom bar of the hoop. The back of the top
knee is hooking over the top bar of the hoop. The top of foot of the lower leg, the front of
ankle or shin, and the top of one shoulder, or the front of chest is in contact with the hoop.

The neck is lengthened and the shoulders are down away from the ears. The arms are bent. 1 point
The torso is upside down, the spine is extended or in a back arch. 1 point

Contact points: The front of the hips. The lower abdomen and/or upper thighs may be in
contact with the hoop. 1 point

straight, positioned in a direction of choice, with no contact to the hoop. 1 point
The torso is upright, and the spine is lengthened. 1 point
The legs are straight and closed. The feet are pointed. 1 point

13. Half Back Balance MAX.
POINTS
Contact points: The lower back and sacrum are on the lower bar of the hoop. The front of
the ankle, or the top of the foot of the upper leg is in contact with the top bar of the hoop. 1 point
The neck is lengthened, and the shoulders are down away from the ears. The arms are
extended, reaching in a direction of choice, with no contact to the hoop. 1 point
The torso is upside down, and the spine is in a back arch. 1 point
The top leg is extended straight, the lower leg is either bent or straight, and both feet are pointed. 1 point
Held for 3 seconds. Compulsory

14. Angel Split MAX.
POINTS
Contact points: One hand holds the lower/side bar of the hoop, and the opposite side’s
front of ankle or shin is in contact with the opposite lower/side bar. 1 point
The neck is lengthened, and the shoulders are down away from the ears. The arm is straight
that has the hand holding the hoop. The opposite arm can be bent or straight pulling in the
front leg by the ankle, calf or at the back of the knee.

The torso is parallel to the floor or upside down. The spine is lenghtened. 1 point
Both legs are straight. The back foot may be flexed or pointed, the front foot is pointed. The minimum split angle is 140°. 1 point

15. Elbow Hold Tuck MAX.
POINTS
Contact points: The inside of the elbow that hooks over the bottom bar of the hoop. 1 point
The shoulders are down. The arm that is not hooked on the hoop is in a position of choice,
with no contact to the hoop. 1 point
The torso is upright, the spine is rounded, or flat. 1 point
The legs are bent, and closed. Both feet are pointed. 1 point
Held for 3 seconds. Compulsory
