ResumePersonal Statement:I have graduated with my B.S. in Interior Architecture Design from Indiana State University. For two summers I was an interior design intern at exceptional firms, and have gained industry experience and highly transferable skills, which have prepared me to enter the professional design world. I believe that design is a very dynamic process, and should evoke a sense of comfort and belonging; every clients’ experience should be unique and they should feel a strong internal connection to their space that can only be obtained through good design.

focuses on collaboration, and being environmentally conscience, providing an ideal living style for urban,

middle-aged adults. Clean materials, an earthy color pallet, and copious natural light fuses the

indoors with the outdoors. A green roof, and an indoor/outdoor kitchen and dining

area, allow for the space to be open

Project Type: HealthcareSize: 15,000 SF; 4 Floors

Media: Revit & Photoshop

Character Concept: As guests enter this cardiology healthcare facility, they are immediately greeted by an

open and engaging space with full visuals of the exciting public areas. An interlocking system of walls

and staircases winding throughout the lobby, with pops of blues and reds, portrays an abstract

relationship between the heart and veins. This facility focuses on incorporating a clean

design that appeals to all ages, as well as healing by engaging the senses

with fun design elements and distractions to divert the

attention away from stress and fear and towards a

positive outlook.

Course: IAD 354: History of Traditional Interior Architecture DesignDate: Fall 2014

Project Type: ResidentialSize: 5,400 SF; 1 Floor

Design Statement: A well-traveled couple recently purchased a penthouse in Dubai, and are looking to

highlight their eclectic taste through design. They were captivated by traditional Islamic style, and would like

their penthouse to reflect a modern version of this. Ornate ceiling designs, blended with elabo-

rate wall-tiling, provide these spaces with an affluent atmosphere. Simple and low

furniture, such as poofs and floor tables, mimic Islamic dining and seating

styles; latticework windows, doors and screens give the spaces a

very open and versatile feel. Collectible items such as

an Oud, Hookah and Calligraphic painting

are also displayed in these spaces.

Character Concept: Large storefront and arched win-dows invite guests inside to experience Ehrmann Brasserie

& Pension. Upon entering, guests are taken back in time to a social, French inspired restaurant with simple

materials and finishes. They can then venture back into a lively atmosphere, the bar and brewery,

which incorporate textured and reflective surfaces.

Luminaire Course: IAD 355: Lighting & ColorDate: Fall 2014

Project Type: 3D ModelingMedia: Aluminum, Fabric & LED Light Strips

Design Statement: This prominent high-end hotel chain has requested a chandelier, or chandeliers, that will serve in their

120 foot by 30 foot ballroom space. The space can be divided into three equal sections, and will be used for

events such as meetings, conferences, parties, dining and stage events.

Octalume is an industrial fixture inspired by a diamond in it’s simplest form. The aluminum

frame and architectural fabric allow the fixture to be extremely durable, while

maintaining an elegant appearance. With three octalume fixtures, each

centered in the divided spaces of the ballroom, this space

has the ability to entertain an assortment of guests

with the numerous events that take

place.

Project Type: 3D ModelingMedia: Balsa Wood & Glue

Project Assignments: The goal of this course was to learn, and understand, the fundamental elements and principles of

design. Each week, we would learn new concepts and represent them three dimensionally. We began with very

basic elements, and gradually moved to more ad-vanced concepts. The models are labeled ac-

cordingly and are as follows:

-Point, Line, Plane & Volume-Transformation of Form

-Circulation of Space-Vertical Planes
