EXPERIENCED AND DEDICATED LEADERSHIPInterim Management

Angela has over 25 years in the recruitment industry and an in depth knowledge of the senior-level Interim Management sector.

Her early career included 10 years with a Fortune 500 organisation where she managed and led various business units including the launch of their new UK Interim Management business, recognised as their most successful launch worldwide and latterly the most successful country Interim Management business against performance and profitability.

In 2000, Angela joined Albemarle Interim Management, with a view to transforming business and preparing it for growth. Within a year she was promoted to the Board as Operations Director and in 2006 to Managing Director. She also launched a successful Executive Search business to optimise opportunities within the interim client base and was part of the senior management team involved in two acquisitions.

Prior to joining Norman Broadbent, Angela joined Interim Partners as a Board Director with responsibility for strategic growth.
