ATTRACT: winners of LinkedIn Talent Awards 2018 - Best Employer Brand in Italy thanks to

our active role on social channels and the positive commitment to recruiting new talent. We have several

partnerships with Universities in countries where we operate and we participate to Career Days in

order to showcase available opportunities. We support the project “Allenarsi per il Futuro - Training

for the Future”, sponsored by Bosch Italy and Randstad, Italy, whose aim is to guide high school students

towards their future by offering transversal skills paths and opportunities for school-work alternation.

We organize Academies to form key roles within the company. 2019 was dedicated to the Planning

Academy, where we trained 9 people for the role of Production Planner (5 internships and 4 hirings).

DEVELOP: We have dedicated training programs for our employees: “Lead” and “Adventure Times”, programs aimed at reinforcing managers’ soft skills across a continuous path in Italy, France and Switzerland since 2016; ““Leadership Lab”, a continuous assessment of competences and potential, aimed at building key managers of the Group and creating a cohesive and effective future leadership team; “Relational Efficacy”, a class for improving communicational and relational skills; “Managing the boss”, a course to improve communication skills with managers. In 2019 we introduced “Welcome Day”, an induction day dedicated to newly hired employees and designed to make the onboarding process more effective and efficient.

S U P P O R TWe promote several initiatives for the development of communities and the support of local associations.

Among them, the two main projects are:

SWIM PROJECT - Intercos suppor ts SWIM (Safe Women In Migration) Project, which aims to contribute to the protection of migrant and asylum seeker women and gir ls who are victims and at risks of Gender Based Violence by addressing some of the most urgent needs identi f ied by all par tners in f ive European countries.

MAGICA CLEME ONLUS - Once upon a time, there was Clementina, a l i t t le gir l who passed away. She gave her parents a task: to enter tain al l sick children l ike her in order to help them forget about hospitals and invasive therapies. Since 2017, we have opened our Agrate and Dovera si tes’ doors, giving the children and their families access to our “makeup factory” for an entire day. Such responsibil i ty is a sincere commitment we have maintained.

DAY CARE CENTER “LE COCCOLE ”There is a day care center located near our local site in Agrate: We contributed to its construction and creation in 2007. Since the 2017/18 school year, we granted the admission to at least five employees’ children. This new partnership is another great result of our commitment towards our people and local communities around the company.

Clean Revolu t ion also means innovat ing whi le reducing the Carbon Footprint and safe guarding

the envi ronment. For th is reason, “Clean” products wi l l be produced by promot ing

the use of recyc led ingredients ( for example by -products f rom the food indus t r y ) , reduct ion
