More than 20 group hours dedicated to Executive Board meetings.

Updated all existing bylaws, policies, and procedures.

Created procedures for all subcommittees.

Created new Mentorship and Women’s Commission subcommittees.

Developed detailed budgets for each subcommittee.

Appointed 19 new representatives (increase of over 10%) and 27 new alternates (an increase of over 75%) to ICSEW.

safety, cleanliness, and other repairs.

Gathered donations for Interfaith

Works Emergency Shelter in

downtown Olympia.
