Clear Objectives: Objectives must be clear and easy to
understand for the student. Objectives must relate to the given
concept/skill to be taught. Objectives must follow and meet state
standards. See given examples….
Students will view a web evaluation form.
Students will successfully complete a web evaluation form for sites viewed for state project.

Rubric/expectations Students must understand the
expectations before instruction. Students should be given a rubric in
advance so they understand what is expected from the assignment.
Showing an example of the rubric gives the student a guideline to follow on a given objective/assignment.

websites to help the student research. Having websites available for the
student helps guide them to the correct information the teacher is expecting.
Websites should be fun and easy to read and interpret.
