205 and 208 - Sensory and herb gardensHerbs are some of the easiest and most productive plants you can grow. Great for beginner gardeners or those with limited space, this small group workshop gives you the opportunity to create your own mixed potted herb garden to take home and enjoy.
206 - Growing in small spacesOnly have a balcony, courtyard or small backyard? No problem! This workshop will show you how to grow your own food even if you think you don’t have enough space. Learn how to maximise the productivity of small spaces using a range of sustainable organic gardening techniques.
207 - Fruit trees and food forestsLearn what fruit grows best in your area, how to choose a fruit tree, planting for success and growing for maximum yield. You’ll also learn about the difference between an orchard and a food forest system and which is best for your backyard.

CHILDREN’S WORKSHOPS (5-12 YEARS)
201 - My first veggie gardenLearn how to plant seedlings and look after your first veggie garden. Made in a polystyrene box, children will decorate their gardens, learn about soil and plant a yummy variety of easy to grow veggies and herbs
202 - Transform household garbage into useful toolsCreating bird feeders, plant labels, scoops, watering cans and much more from easy to obtain recycled materials like milk cartons, juice bottles, toilet rolls and egg cartons. Children are taught how to transform regular household garbage into useful tools and items for the garden to save money, help the environment and have fun.
203 - Garden creaturesLearn about garden creatures that lurk under the ground and buzz around your head. Fun and interactive games to teach children about Good Bugs verse Bad Bugs, Mighty Microbes and Wiggly Worms.
